What We Do
Do you have a rental property? A second residence here in Florida? Perhaps a cherished Florida home in one of our many gated communities? Or maybe a full time residence in one of our many bedroom communities? Regardless of the of home, we can build cabinets in a price point to suit your needs and budget. Our prices for custom-built cabinetry are typically 30% lower than other custom cabinet builders because we do not have a showroom and we keep our overhead low and pass that savings on to you. Unfortunately, though, we currently do not provide services to condo owners.
We custom build what we sell and provide instillation services for our direct to consumer projects. We can assist with countertop options as well as tile backsplash installations.
Working with us From Start to Finish:
- Upon initial contact we will set up an appointment at your location to discuss what you are looking for.
- We deliver a comprehensive proposal of the scope of work to you and the costs associated with each phase of the project.
- Upon acceptance of the proposal and receipt of a 50% deposit, we order the materials and hardware for your cabinets.
- You will need to go shopping for a new sink and faucet and any appliances that will be installed into the cabinets or dropped into the countertops such as ovens and separate cook tops. We will need the rough opening size of your oven if you are going with an in-cabinet model and your countertop fabricator will need to know the rough opening for your sink and cook top.
- Once materials and hardware are delivered to our shop, production of your cabinets will begin.
- During the build phase you will need to work with the granite/counter fabricator to choose your stone or countertop choice. In the case of granite/quartzite, the stone will need to be purchased and delivered to the fabricators shop.
- Upon completion of your cabinets we will schedule a date for removal of your old kitchen and perform any repairs or modifications discussed at the initial design consultation.
- Once everything is ready to go, we deliver your new cabinets. These will typically need to be staged in your garage. Prior to cabinet delivery your second deposit of 40% will be required. Upon receipt, delivery and installation of your new cabinets will begin, we typically plan for a two day install.
- Immediately after cabinet install your countertop installer will come and take measurements and make templates for the stone and fabricate and install your new countertops.
- Once the tops are in you will need to schedule your appliance delivery.
- Any tile backsplashes are installed and any touch up painting is performed.
- Final cleanup and final 10% payment.
